Who We Are
NextFitLife is a health and wellness website built on a simple belief: real, lasting health is not built on quick fixes or extreme trends. It is built on consistency, evidence, and informed decisions made every single day.
This site launched in January 2022 to provide practical, research-informed guidance on health, fitness, nutrition, beauty, and healthy aging — especially for adults aged 40 to 65. Our goal is to explain health topics in plain language, help readers ask better questions, and encourage safer everyday decisions.
NextFitLife is editorially independent. We use Google AdSense to display advertising on the website and help support the cost of running and maintaining the site. Ads are separate from our editorial content and do not influence our article topics, health recommendations, source selection, reviews, or conclusions.
We do not publish paid medical recommendations. If sponsored content, affiliate relationships, or paid partnerships are ever used, they should be clearly disclosed to readers.
Meet Adel Galal — Founder and Lead Writer
Adel Galal is the founder and lead writer of NextFitLife.com. He has spent over 30 years studying, practising, and writing about health, fitness, nutrition, sleep, and healthy aging. He brings real-world professional knowledge, long-term research habits, and practical experience to the content published on this site.
His approach is straightforward: review credible sources, compare claims carefully, avoid miracle-cure language, and explain health information clearly for readers who do not have time to read academic journals or medical guidelines themselves.
Important note: Adel Galal is not a medical doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, pharmacist, dermatologist, or certified personal trainer. NextFitLife content is educational and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Academic Background
Adel studied at Ain-Shams University in Cairo, Egypt — one of Egypt's oldest and most respected universities. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1989) and a Diploma in Computer Science (1999). His analytical training in both commerce and computer science helped shape the systematic, research-focused approach he brings to health writing.
Professional Career
Before founding NextFitLife, Adel spent 29 years as IT Manager for the Nestlé Egypt Region. This career gave him long-term exposure to corporate systems, data analysis, food-industry operations, and structured information review — skills he now applies when evaluating health claims and separating useful evidence from marketing noise.
After retiring from Nestlé, he dedicated himself full-time to health research and writing, launching NextFitLife.com in 2022 to serve adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want practical, understandable health guidance.
Health Writing Experience
Adel has been writing about health, fitness, and nutrition for over 15 years. He has published hundreds of health and wellness articles on NextFitLife covering topics including belly fat loss, fitness after 50, heart health, bone density, eye health, gut health, sleep science, and nutrition for healthy aging.

What NextFitLife Covers
Every article on NextFitLife is written for adults who want accurate, practical health guidance in plain language. The site covers five core content areas.

Fitness
Strength training, cardiovascular training, yoga, walking, balance training, and recovery strategies — with a focus on practical routines for adults over 40.
Foods and Nutrition
Dietary guidance, organ-specific nutrition, meal planning for fat loss, and nutrition research translated into practical everyday food choices.

Our Research and Editorial Standards
NextFitLife is based in Egypt and serves a global audience, primarily in the United States. Our articles are built around accuracy, clarity, safety, and transparency.
Primary Research Sources
When medical or scientific claims are made, we aim to rely on credible sources such as PubMed-indexed peer-reviewed studies, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), MedlinePlus, the World Health Organization (WHO), the National Health Service (NHS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and major medical organizations.
Nutrition Data Standard
When food composition data is discussed, we aim to use reliable nutrition databases such as the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) FoodData Central database and other credible nutrition references.
Medical Guideline Alignment
For condition-specific health topics, we aim to check guidance against respected organizations such as the American Heart Association (AHA), American Diabetes Association (ADA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Kidney Foundation (NKF), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other relevant authorities.
Supplement and Safety References
When supplements, dosage, side effects, or safety concerns are discussed, we aim to use authoritative sources and clearly explain limitations, possible risks, and the importance of speaking with a healthcare professional.
Fact-Checking Policy
Health claims are reviewed for clarity, source support, and safety. We do not intentionally publish unsupported medical claims, miracle-cure promises, or advice that encourages readers to ignore professional medical care.
Content Update Policy
High-traffic and safety-sensitive articles are prioritized for review and updating. Articles may be updated when major guidelines change, when important new research becomes available, or when readers identify a possible issue.
| Editorial note: While NextFitLife's operational base is Egypt, many editorial standards and research sources align with United States and international health authorities because the primary audience is American adults. Always consult a qualified local healthcare provider for personal or region-specific medical advice. |
Medical Review Policy
Not every article on NextFitLife is medically reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional. When an article has been medically reviewed, the article will clearly display the reviewer’s name, credentials, and review date.
If an article does not show a named medical reviewer, readers should understand that the article has been editorially reviewed and fact-checked against reliable sources, but not clinically reviewed by a licensed medical professional.
Higher-risk topics such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, pregnancy, mental health, medical tests, symptoms, first aid, and supplement safety are prioritized for additional review and stronger sourcing.

Corrections Policy
NextFitLife is committed to correcting errors and updating outdated information. If a reader, expert, or editor identifies a possible issue in an article, we review the concern and update the content when appropriate.
Correction requests should include the article URL, the exact sentence or section in question, and a short explanation of the concern. If possible, please include a credible source or guideline.

Editorial Independence, Google AdSense, and Advertising
NextFitLife uses Google AdSense to display advertisements on the website. Google AdSense may serve ads based on factors such as page content, general location, browser or device information, and user ad settings, depending on each visitor’s privacy choices and applicable laws.
Advertisements are separate from editorial content. Google, advertisers, and advertising networks do not choose our article topics, review our health articles before publication, approve our recommendations, or influence our conclusions.
Advertising revenue helps support the cost of hosting, maintaining, improving, and publishing content on NextFitLife. However, our health information is written to serve readers first, not advertisers.
If sponsored content, affiliate relationships, product reviews, or paid partnerships are ever used on NextFitLife, they should be clearly disclosed near the relevant content.
Our Mission and Core Principles
The mission of NextFitLife is to help ordinary adults make smarter, healthier choices that fit real life — at any age, at any fitness level, and on any budget. Health information should be accessible, honest, and free from misleading claims.
What NextFitLife stands for
- Evidence-informed content — health claims should be supported by credible sources whenever possible
