but, eating an unhealthy diet will speed up

1) Processed foods
I hate to say this, but processed foods are the type of foods that
speed up the aging process.
They are generally high in sodium, high in saturated fat, and high in sulphatic.

2) Spicy food
These foods are a double-edged sword. On the one hand,
there is a lot of information that eating spicy foods will boost
prevent ulcers and contribute to longevity.
But, it can also irritate the skin and digestive system.
This is one of those things that you take in moderation
and realize can worsen your skin and body.
Alcohol deprives the body of vitamin A –
